SICOLY and chef Quentin BAILLY in Taïwan

Our brand ambassador, Quentin BAILLY was in Taïwan for two days of Masterclass and an exceptional partnership with the Regent Hotel Taipei.

 The first week of October was in Taïwan time for SICOLY® with two days of demos with our brand ambassador (and Pastry World Champion!) Quentin BAILLY, and an exceptional event in collaboration with the famous five star Regent Hotel in  Taipei. 

On October 1st and 2nd, chef Quentin BAILLY was invited at our local distributor's premises to animate two special demos featuring our premium purées and IQF fruits.
Each day, about 75 students had the opportunity to watch the chef in action, learn about its techniques and pastry tips with five exclusive SICOLY​® recipes :

- Apricot and peanut long cake
- Coconut and red fruits half spheres
- Pear roll cake
- Apple and vanilla tartlets
- Melba style peach cake

We also had the pleasure to collaborate with the prestigious Regent Hotel in Taipei for proposing 5 recipes that will be on its Tea Time menu until November 30th.
All the foodies and dessert lovers will be able to enjoy 5 special recipes from the chef (made with our premium frozen purées and IQF fruits) as well as two savoury bites and mocktails, also created with SICOLY​® products.
