Orchard Fruits

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that SICOLY® today presents its second recipe publication, the Book of Creative Recipes: Orchard Fruits.

This new compilation follows the warm reception received by the first book devoted to Red Fruits, which was published in 2012 on the occasion of the company's 50th anniversary. For this new edition, ten renowned master pâtissiers have set their minds to enhancing the fruits grown in our producers' orchards, under the direction of the patron of this work, Philippe URRACA, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Apples, pears, peaches, apricots and Mirabelle pears are featured in 20 delicious recipes appearing for the first time.  

This Book of Creative Recipes also offers SICOLY® the opportunity to address subjects that are dear to it: growing and harvesting with respect for the product, human values and responsiveness to the needs of professionals.
