  • 01/03 - Brewery Visit «Il Etait Une Brasserie»

Visit of the French brewery «L’effet Papillon», in association  with "Il Etait une Brasserie", one of our clients that create original and fruity beers such as its popcorn and lychee beer !

  • 08-10/03 – CFIA Rennes

The CFIA fair is a must for all the industrials in the food and beverage industry. SICOLY® will be present to this event to present its full frozen fruit range and more specifically its innovative ready-to-use fruit inserts and its extensive Organic fruit purée range.

  • 12/03 – 7ème Challenge Sensibilité Gourmande

SICOLY® has been a partner of Sensibilité Gourmande, an association gathering local chef to promote the local products and know-how. It is with great pleasure that we support the 7th edition of this very special plated dessert contest.

  • 18-19/03 – St Malo Craft Beer

St Malo Craft Beer is dedicated to the brewery and micro-brewery business. SICOLY® will showcase its specific solutions for brewers such as its no added sugar frozen fruit purée range as well as some innovations as the Organic ginger juice from Peru.

  • 24/03 – Trophées de la Glace

In association with Compagnie des Desserts, SICOLY® is proud to support the very first edition of this contest dedicated to the craft of ice-cream. The contest is open to both professionals and afficionaos, who will have to create an ice-cream composition as well as a plated dessert. We are especially glad to participate to this year contest as the topic "Scrumptious Nature" (Nature Gourmande) reflects directly our company values.

  • 26-29/03 – Coupe de France des Ecoles en Boulangerie, Viennoiserie et Pâtisserie – Salon SIRHA Europain
