SICOLY® is a French cooperating founded in 1962, located just 20 kilometers away from Lyon, one of the top three cities in France. It unites about 100 farmers on a total of 570 hectares of orchards.
Besides the trade of fresh produce from its own, the company has also specialised, since the 70s, in the frozen fruit business with an extensive range of fruit and vegetables purées & juices for food professionals all around the world.
SICOLY® offers the widest range of professional frozen fruit purées and juices in the market, with more than 70 references, most of them without added sugars*(more than 65 references), and the most extensive range of organic frozen fruit pulps (20 references).

SICOLY makes the most of its experience as a cooperative to select the best quality fruits at optimum ripeness, be it from its own orchards or from long-term partners worldwide, in order to offer you premium products.
Fruits are then processed in our own facilities in the region of Lyon (France) following an innovative process that allows us to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fruits (colour, texture, aromas).
SICOLY® frozen fruit purées and juices are de-aerated, to avoid the risk of micro-oxidation and keep the vibrant colours of the fresh fruit, and then heat-treated with a high-speed process that preserves the natural taste of fresh fruits while ensuring safety of the product.
SICOLY® never cease to innovate in order to offer premium frozen purées and juices, always the closest possible to the fresh fruit : no colouring, no artificial aromas or preservatives, etc.
For instance, in 2020, the company has decided to switch its entire fruit pulp range to "no added sugar" recipes for more natural tastes and greater versatility.
