Recipe for One glass



For the ginger syrup

ingredients :

  • 1 part Water
  • 1 part Sugar
  • 1 Bundle of rosemary

process :

Pour sugar and water into a saucepan and dissolve the sugar without boiling. Add the fresh rosemary and leave to cool down.

Leave to infuse for 24 hours. Filter.

For the cocktail

ingredients :

  • 5 cL Gin
  • 6 cL Sicoly® sweetened apricot purée
  • 2 cL Lemon juice
  • 1 cL Rosemary syrup

process :

Pour all the ingredients into the bowl of a blender. Fill with ice cubes.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a coupe glass.


Decorate with a branch of fresh rosemary.
