Frozen Organic blood peach purée
SICOLY® frozen organic blood peach purée without added sugar is made from vineyard peaches picked at optimum ripeness in our producers' orchards in the Côteaux du Lyonnais (France).
This variety of peach is very typical of this region and it is recognizable to its beautiful deep red colour (like red wine). It is a juicy, aromatic and very sweet fruit.
The selected fresh wine peaches are processed into fruit purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
As the rest of SICOLY® frozen organic purées and juices range, the blood peach purée is made with no added sugar (only the ones naturally contained in the fruits) to offer the most natural product possible with the closest taste to the fresh fruit.
