Frozen purple fig purée
SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened purple fig purée is made from purple figs picked at optimum ripeness. The selected purple figs are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
