No added sugar frozen red bell pepper purée
SICOLY® frozen red bell pepper purée without added sugar is made from red peppers picked at maturity in Spain.
The selected red peppers are processed into vegetable purée here in our production facilities following a specific process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh vegetable (flavour, colour, texture).
No sugar is added in the recipe (only the natural sugars of the product) to preserve the original taste of the fruit. It also allows our clients to use this premium frozen ingredient in surprising desserts, in savoury dishes, to prepare sauces and even in cocktails and beers.
