SICOLY® frozen sudachi juice - Japan
SICOLY®’s frozen sudachi juice is made from sudachi selected in Japan.
The fruits used in this recipe are grown in the mountain province of Tokushima, just up to Koshi province, an area famous for its citruses.
Uper arrival, the fruit undergoes a strict quality verification, according to SICODIS's technical specifications. The product is processed and controlled on the SICODIS site in Saint Laurent d'Agny, France. The fruit is picked when ripe and squeezed. The juice obtained is then packaged and frozen.
No sugar is added in the recipe (only the natural sugars of the fruits) to preserve thevery peculiar taste of the sudachi fruit, both very acidic and very sweet.
