Our frozen sudachi juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Japan, in the Tokushima region, just up North from Kochi, a renowned area for the quality of its citrus fruits.
In Japanese, "Sus" refers to vinegar or any acidic juice. In fact, the sudachis are appreciated because of their specific acidity and they are picked when still green. The sudachi juice will not only seduce chefs with its strong kick, but they will also discover a unique citrus taste, sweeter than the limon and a very subtle mandarin aroma.

The citrus fruits selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at the right time, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.
The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny) following an innovative process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
