Swedish chef Sebastian Pettersson : Chocolatier and pastry chef.
He competed in the Jr Culinary Olympics in 2016 (among the Swedish team), taking charge of the plated dessert, and achieved the gold medal for this competition.
Two years later, in 2018, he leveled up with the Culinary Olympics, once again in charge of the plated dessert... and it was another victory, crowned with a gold medal.
