The cooperative has embarked on an improvement process with the cultivation of innovative, naturally resistant varieties which minimise interventions and inputs in the orchards. Ariane Les Naturianes® offers consumers a product in line with their expectations in terms both of taste and sustainable development. For eating raw or cooked, this sweet and tangy bi-colour apple has been pioneered by Sicoly® and is its flagship variety; its constantly restocked orchard is continuing its development. Sicodis is the approved distributor of this variety in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
