Current production techniques are tailored to our customers' requirements in termes of fruit keeping qualities and guaranteed supplies : crops are protected under cover.
Varieties are selected for their taste quality.
Production on sun-exposed slopes and a late cropping period, when daily sunshine is at its highest, make the Monts du Lyonnais strawberry extremely sweet and fragrant.
