Recipe for One glass
Mix
In a granity glass withou ice, put the stems of fresh mint cut in half. the glass must be filled halfway with mint.
Add the vanilla syrup and muddle delicately.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add SICOLY® Alphonso mango and passion fruit purées. Add Perrier sparkling water.
Stir well from bottom to top.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, 1/4 fresh passion fruit and one slice of fresh mango.
