SICOLY® no added sugar frozen rhubarb purée
SICOLY® frozen rhubarb purée without added sugar is made from pink rhubarb picked when ripe. The selected rhubarb is processed into purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
No sugar is added in the recipe (only the natural sugars of the fruits) to preserve the original taste of the fruit. It also allows our clients to adjust the sugar content of their recipes themselves and offer healthy and yet delicious preparations.
