Our frozen lemon juice 100% is made of fruit sourced in Vietnam and picked at optimal ripeness to create a strong aromatic juice, the closest possible to the fresh fruit taste.

Kalamansi has been selected for its unique taste, reminding the tanginess of lime, the slight bitterness of the grapefruit, the sweetness of the kumquat. Some also find some reminding notes of passion fruit.

The kalamansi selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.

The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny) following a tailored process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
