Recipe for One glass



Frozen lemon juice
Frozen ORGANIC ginger juice

For the ginger / honey & lemon thyme


ingredients :

  • 1 part SICOLY® Organic ginger juice
  • 2 parts Honey
  • 5-6 Lemon thyme branches
  • 1 Lemon zest

process :

Cook all ingredients in a bain-marie and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Leave to cool down and place in the fridge for 24 hours.

For the clarified


ingredients :

  • 4 cL Bourbon
  • 4 cL Green tea
  • 2 cL Ginger/honey/lemon thyme syrup
  • 4 parts Cocktail mix
  • 1 part Milk

process :

Mix all the cocktail ingredients in a recipient.

Cook the milk to 80°C and place into a recipient. Add the cocktail mix while stirring delicately. Leave to cool down.

Filter twice through a clean clothe. Use the same colander.
The second time, add the mix slowly using a laddle to make sure not to remove the curdled milk layer.
Filter one last time through a coffee filter.


Serve the cocktail on ice cubes.
Decorate with 2 dashes of bitter liquor and a slightly burnt thyme branch.
