Apple slices
SICOLY®’s IQF frozen apple slices are the product of Morgenduft apples grown in Italy. After an initial sorting operation, the fruits are peeled, sliced (into 16) and then frozen on the farm in order to guarantee optimum quality. The apple slices are then sorted and packed here in our production facilities.
