Our frozen lemon juice 100% is made of fruit grown in Sicily, a renowned location for the quality of its citrus fruits. They are picked at optimal ripeness to create a strong aromatic juice, the closest possible to the fresh fruit taste.

The lemons selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful juice with strong aromas.

The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny) following a tailored process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
