Our unsweetened* frozen coconut milk with grated coconut is made from coconuts careful selected and picked at optimum ripeness in the Philippines and Indonesia.

The coconuts used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.
The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their own particularities and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.
The fruit pulp is de-aerated in our own workshops in France to prevent any risk of micro-oxidation and preserve the natural colour of the fruit. The frozen purée then undergoes a heat treatment, with a specific ultra-fastprocess (ohmic heat treatment) to preserve all the organoleptic qualities ofthe fresh fruit: taste, colour, etc.
This step is also of paramount importance as it allows us to guarantee the consistency and shelf-life of our products, by reducing the bacterial charge, without added sugar.

SICOLY® unsweetened* coconut cream offers a complete liberty of creation to all chefs worldwide, allowing them to adjust the sugar content of their recipes as they please.
Naturally high in fat ( around 32% fat), it can be whipped by itself to make chantilly cream or mousse.
The frozen no added sugar* coconut milk can be used in both sweet (pastries, ice-creams, sorbets, chocolates, etc.) and savoury recipes, like curries or ceviches.
It can also be used in the beverage industry to create delicious cocktails for instance.
