No added sugar frozen coconut cream
SICOLY® frozen unsweetened coconut cream is made of coconut from Philippine and Indonesia.
The cream is made and controlled in our workshops in France. It is then heat treated by a special process to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fruit (colour, texture and taste). In order to supply the most natural product possible and the closest to the natural coconut taste, no sugar is added to the recipe.
SICOLY® frozen coconut cream is naturally high in fat ( around 32% fat) and can be used in various recipes. It can be whipped by itself to make chantilly cream or mousse.
