No added sugar frozen Williams pear purée - France


SICOLY®’s frozen with no added sugars pear purée is made for Williams pears picked at optimum ripeness in France.

The pears are selected and then processed fresh into fruit purée in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
