Raspberry concentrate

SICOLY®’s frozen clarified raspberry concentrate is made from a raspberry purée obtained by crushing the fruit. This is then sieved, filtered and concentrated. The clarified raspberry concentrate is packaged and then frozen here in our production facilities.
