Fruit used for our IQF range are carefully selected according to stringent quality criteria to ensure optimal flavours, visual aspect and regularity.

6 Red fruit mix are picked at optimum ripeness to ensure maximum organoleptic quality. The fruit are sorted and packed in our own facilities in Saint-Laurent d’Agny following an ultra-fast process at controlled temperature in order to guarantee optimum quality for our IQF fruit.
