Red fruit purée without added sugars
SICOLY®'s frozen and without added sugars red fruits purée is made from a balanced blend of strawberries, currants, blackberries and Morello cherries picked at optimum ripeness.
The selected red fruits are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
