Redcurrant are picked at optimum ripeness to ensure maximum organoleptic quality. The fruit are sorted and packed in our own facilities in Saint-Laurent d’Agny following an ultra-fast process at controlled temperature in order to guarantee optimum quality for our IQF fruit.
