Frozen Organic blackcurrant purée - France
SICOLY® organic frozen blackcurrant purée without added sugar is made from organic Andega blackcurrants harvested at optimum ripeness in France.
Selected organic fresh blackcurrants are processed into fruit purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
As the rest of SICOLY® organic purées and juices, the organic blackcurrant purée is made without added sugars (only the natural sugars contained in the fruit).
