Our unsweetened* frozen blackcurrant purée is made form a mix of different varieties grown in the orchards of our own producers in France ( Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais).
According to the harvest, some additional purchases of fruits can be made in the Rhône Valley (France).

The blackcurrants used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.

The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their organoleptic qualities (taste, colour, texture, etc) and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are first crushed and sieved while fresh, during the summer, in our own production facilities in France.
