No added sugar frozen blackcurrant purée - France
SICOLY®’s frozen blackcurrant purée without added sugars is made from a mixture of different varieties of blackcurrants picked at optimum ripeness in our producers’ orchards in the Monts et Coteaux du Lyonnais.
The carefully selected blackcurrants are processed into fruit purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
