Our unsweetened* frozen purple fig purée is made from carefully selected fruits, picked at optimum ripeness for a premium purée with strong flavours.

The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their organoleptic qualities (taste, colour, texture, etc) and offer frozen fruit puréesand juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are processed in our own production facilities in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny.
