Fruit usedfor our IQF range are carefully selected according to stringent quality criteria to ensure optimal flavours, visual aspect and regularity.

Purple fig are picked at optimum ripeness to ensure maximum organoleptic quality. The fruit are sorted and packed in our own facilities in Saint-Laurent d’Agny following an ultra-fast process at controlled temperature in order to guarantee optimum quality for our IQF fruit.
