Our unsweetened* frozen strawberry purée from France is made from fruits picked at optimum ripeness to offer a purée with optimal flavours.

We selected the Charlotte strawberry to create this new recipe.
The Charlotte strawberry is a French variety created by crossing a Mara des Bois strawberry with another variety. This gives very specific aromas to the Charlotte strawberry, which is recognized as one of the most aromatic varieties of strawberries and appreciated by gastronomy professionals, among which pastry chefs and ice-cream makers.
The Charlotte strawberry is naturally sweet, with very low acidity, and hints of wild strawberry flavours and a vivid red colour.

As the rest of our frozen purée range, this new frozen strawberry purée is without added sugars, to preserve all the authentic and fresh tastes of the fruit, and to reveal the subtle aromas of this premium strawberry variety.

The strawberries used in our purée are selected according to stringent quality criteria and picked at optimal ripeness to create a high gustatory quality purée.


The recipes and manufacturing process are fitted to each particular fruit to preserve their own particularities and offer frozen fruit and juices with very authentic taste, the closest possible to the fresh fruit.

Fruits are processed in our own production facilities in France. They are first crushed and sieved for a smooth and delicate texture.

The fruit pulp is then de-aerated to prevent any risk of micro-oxidation and preserve the natural colour of the fruit. The frozen purée then undergoes a heat treatment, with a specific ultra-fastprocess (ohmic heat treatment) to preserve all the organoleptic qualities ofthe fresh fruit: taste, colour, etc.
This step is also of paramount importance as it allows us to guarantee the consistency and shelf-life of our products, by reducing the bacterial charge, without added sugar.
