Strawberry concentrate

SICOLY®’s frozen clarified strawberry concentrate is made from a strawberry purée obtained by crushing the fruit. This is then sieved, filtered and concentrated. The clarified strawberry concentrate is packaged and then frozen here in our production facilities.
