SICOLY® frozen organic fruit purées meet the same stringent quality criteria as the rest of our products, to offer you premium quality products for all your creations.
First, fruits are rigorously selected for their gustatory qualities among several varieties. The fruits are picked at optimum ripeness, to deliver all their aromas, in organic orchards from our own cooperative or from long-term trusted partners.
Then, fruits are being transformed in our own facilities in the region of Lyon (France) according to a state-of-the-art process that allows us to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the original fruits (colour, texture, taste). After being mixed, our frozen fruit purées are de-aerated to avoid any micro-oxidation.The fruit purées are then being heat-treated with a specific high-speed process that preserves all the fresh fruit aromas (ohmic treatment).
SICOLY® controls all its production process from fruit selection to fina lproduct and ensures the consistency and quality of its frozen organic fruit purée range.
